I am reading it with my small group. Our chapter this week was on this very thing - God is not safe or predictable. We like to assume that goodness is synonymous with safety. It feels scandalous to think about God in this way, but it is who He is. He is majestic and a God to be feared, someone who can see who whole picture when we can't, and someone who has given us a role in His bigger story, even if we don't currently appreciate our role.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
